1. What is the Order ID and Billing Email?

A．Order ID: Where to Find It

• Order Confirmation Email: Order ID refers to the Order Number, which can be found in the Order Confirmation Email sent to the Billing Email. Enter either the number starting with MJK+ or the numeric portion in the “Order ID” section.

• • PayPal Email (If Payment Was Completed via PayPal): Please note that if there are any errors in the Billing Email, the Order Confirmation Email will fail to be delivered. In such cases, the Order ID can be found in the PayPal Email as the “Invoice ID” if PayPal was used for the payment.
  • Customer Support Team: Email support@monsgeek.com with necessary information, including the recipient’s name and product model, for further assistance if no order confirmation email or PayPal email is available.

B．Bill Email

Billing Email refers to the Email Address provided during checkout. The order confirmation and shipment notification, including the tracking number, will be sent to this email.

Please ensure the correct email address is provided when placing the order to receive order confirmation and shipment notifications promptly.

2. What is the status of the order?

A. The order is currently being processed: It has not yet been shipped.

• No Shipment Notification Email with Tracking Number Received
• The order status is currently shown as “Processing” after tracking here.

“Processing Status” indicates that the item has not yet been picked up by the carrier (processing usually takes around 3 working days. During the Chinese Lunar New Year, it may take up to 10 working days). Alternatively, the package may have already been handed over to the carrier, but the label has not yet been generated, which could cause a delay of 1-3 days, especially for expedited shipping methods like DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

B. The order has been shipped

• Shipment Notification Email with Tracking Number Received: The package has been shipped and is trackable via the provided tracking link. In some cases, please allow a few days for the tracking information to become available due to the courier’s processing time.
