“RT Stabilizer” Mode for MonsGeek HE Keyboard: What is it?

📅Feb 11 2025

At a Rapid Trigger precision of 0.01mm, magnetic switches keyboard may experience unintended inputs or disconnection from slight hand tremors, which can disrupt the overall gaming experience.

This is because human hands, when pressing a key from top to bottom during gaming or typing, aren’t always moving strictly up or down as in lab tests, the pressing of the magnetic switches MAY occur in all non-vertical angles—causing changes in the magnetic field. Meanwhile, the Hall sensor inside the magnetic switch keyboard can only detect changes in the magnetic field and cannot distinguish between slanted and strictly vertical (up-down) movements. As a result, when it mistakenly interprets irregular movements as vertical movements, disconnection may occur. This issue is more common in high-precision settings.

Thus, we evolved a filtering system with MonsGeek’s latest magnetic switch gaming keyboard—a feature designed to enhance rapid trigger stability at extreme precision. With this specialized filtering algorithm, it tried to interpret, analyze, and correct input fluctuations from natural hand movements, and output a more consistent signal JUST LIKE lab test using a gauge meter.

Hands Movement

You may consider it as a movement corrector for potentially uncontrollable and unstable human hand movement at ultra-precision scenarios.

How to Activate RT Stabilizer?

RT Stabilizer can be activated via the MonsGeek Driver for the FUN60 Series and M1 V5 TMR Magnetic Switch Keyboard. The setting offers 4 different filtering levels, with higher levels potentially introducing certain delays.

Normally we recommend setting to no more than 50% to balance latency and stability at 0.01mm rapid trigger.

Remember the setting isn’t uniform across all switches and all scenarios. It is an OPTIONAL setting. Some magnetic switches have a more stable mechanical structure, where the output signals may already be sufficiently stable. In such cases, the RT Stabilizer mode might not be necessary to deliver an excellent gaming experience.. Similarly, some professional gamers inherently exhibit more consistent keystroke actuations. The RT Stabilizer is designed to provide users with additional tailored optimization options for diverse usage scenarios.
