Why am I notified of an additional shipping fee, even though I have already paid for expedited shipping?

This situation is uncommon but may occur if your delivery address is classified as a remote location within the DHL, UPS, or FedEx systems.

Kindly note that expedited shipping can be complex due to varying delivery addresses and different couriers’ systems.

Expedited shipping costs on our global website are based on standard addresses. For remote locations, additional charges will be billed separately from the order fee after the courier provides the final billing, typically ranging from $10 to $80.

You may opt for standard shipping instead of expedited shipping. However, be aware that for some areas, the cost of standard shipping might be similar to that of expedited shipping, especially for items like keyboards with built-in batteries.

If there is a price difference when switching from expedited shipping to standard shipping, a partial refund will be issued.
